You can asses health physically and mentally. You can Measure how fit someone is, but you also need to know that they are
having healthy thoughts. Factors can be fitness, stamina, good thoughts, effort, synergy, and strength.

Water is essential because its is almost like liquid oxygen. Since oxygen is our main life source, in liquid form it can be used for more than breathing. The added hydrogen is also a good additive to the cycle.

We study genetics to get even deeper into understanding what makes us live. Like a car, its enough to know what it needs, but to know how it works and processes things makes it easier to fine tune it.

I think my past fitness level was about average for the most part. I think my current level is a little better just because of natural growth and conditioning. I'm flexible so I score higher there but my mile is a bit slower.

DNA at a visible level looks like white fuzzy mush, and looking closer is curved and tangled. It's associated with the 4 amino acids that make it up, and those are used to make proteins.

My family's history can affect my health in many ways. While I don't really know of a lot of problems, I do know that my mom's side has some problems with insulin (not with diabetes.) My family is good with eating. We don't go for fast food very often and cook a lot at home.

You research diseases by first looking at what makes it up, then looking at how it reacts with things and the effects that stem from them. After that you look at possible cures and ways to prevent it.

Aspects of a good presentation are lots of data, good sources, expert quotes, clear speaking, simple explanations, and eye catching material. Make it engaging and easy to learn.

I want to learn about how the brain controls and sends the right signals to the right places. I'm interested to learn about how scientists determined what parts of the brain do what since it all loos like one big piece.

Asthma indirectly affects the cardiovascular system by limiting te oxygen intake of blood cells. During the attack, the lungs tighten up, causing less oxygen and in turn less blood flow to the brain. Recovering from an attack can be difficult since the brain isn't getting enough oxygen and that makes it hard to think and process.

Differences between a pig and a human cadaver is that the pig is smaller and the organs will be in different plavces. They will require different cuts because of the different placements.
10/7
The disease that I want to study is asthma. My family has a bit of history with asthma seeing as my mom used to have it and I have a mild version of it. I've always been interested in how asthma works and what causes it to do what it does.

I learned about a lot of the cancer therapies like chemo and the negative trade offs it has for helping to fix cancer such as loss of hair and weaker bones and muscles. Other treatments like radiation are very harsh on the body as well.
10/30
What I hope to get out of my cancer research is a lot of the more interesting details that really impact how people think about whats happening. When people understand in a way that makes a connection to them, it will be a lot more effective.

On my first practice day I did pretty good. I figured out a good system for doing my workouts both well done and efficiently I know it will really help out my body and I can only benefit from it.

My commission is doing very well and I'm almost done with it. The design for the piece is supposed to appear as a Golgi looking similar to the earth. For this piece I started with the scientific view first them moved on to add the artistic parts.

I don't know of any foods that are hard for me to digest. I haven't come across any that my body hasn't like recently. Theres no effect on my health plan and there aren't any foods that I'm allergic to that I know of.
12/3
I'm not sure if my circulatory system is any better compared to a month ago. I do feel better (being easier to breath and moving better) so I would tink that thats because I'm getting more blood flow throughout my body.

One time that I felt connected to nature was when I went through the giant bird cage at the San Diego zoo. It was really cool to see the birds flying around and even landing next to us so we could feed them. They were all nice and friendly with us, and my little cousin was having a lot of fun too.
